How we work
Match the pressure to the surface
Concrete and pavers take a surface cleaner at full pressure. Roofs, stucco, paint and screens get a low-pressure soft wash where the cleaning mix does the work. Gutters get two hands and a hose. One man, three very different tools, and the right one is picked before the hose comes off the truck.
Miami makes that choice matter. The wet season runs May through October and the humidity never really leaves, so black algae streaks grow on tile and shingle roofs, the sidewalk under the live oak goes green and slick, and every gutter under a ficus or a mango fills before the storms arrive. What do you clean?

Do you pressure wash roofs?
No. Tile and shingle are cleaned with a soft wash: low pressure and a cleaning solution that kills the algae. High pressure strips shingle granules and cracks tile. Pressure stays on the concrete.

Do you publish prices?
No. A driveway with a year of mildew and one with 5 years of black growth and oil are different jobs, so every job is quoted after we see it. The number we give you is the number we work to.
