The standard is simple. You get a straight answer when you text, a time that holds, and the owner on the job from the first photo to the walk-through. Low pressure on the roof, full pressure on the concrete, and the plants rinsed either side.

What do you clean?
Driveways and pavers with a surface cleaner, front walks and sidewalks, gutters cleared by hand and flushed, and roofs cleaned with a low-pressure soft wash. You can book more than one on the same visit.
Do you pressure wash roofs?
No. Tile and shingle are cleaned with a soft wash: low pressure and a cleaning solution that kills the algae. High pressure strips shingle granules and cracks tile. Pressure stays on the concrete.
How do I get a quote?
Text the address and a photo of the driveway, sidewalk, gutters or roof to 786-985-1684, or send the form. We look at it and come back with one number for the whole job.
Do you publish prices?
No. A driveway with a year of mildew and one with 5 years of black growth and oil are different jobs, so every job is quoted after we see it. The number we give you is the number we work to.
What are your hours?
7 am to 7 pm, Monday to Saturday. Texts sent on a Sunday get answered Monday morning.
Who shows up?
The owner. The Boss is a one-man crew, so the person you text is the person on the driveway with the surface cleaner and on the ladder at the gutters.
Do I need to be home?
No, as long as the outside spigot works and the cars are off the driveway. Leave the side gate unlocked if the gutters or the back walk are on the list. Text 786-985-1684 the morning of if anything changes.
